The Pool is a Place to Unwind and Indulge in Bites & Sips from ¡ESTA!

Inspired by the food and culture of our city, our rooftop pool is home to ¡ESTA! which marries traditional Mexican fare with the SoCal spirit. Featuring a menu that infuses creativity, warmth with the freshest of California-driven ingredients, ¡ESTA! offers a true taste of Los Angeles.

Beer, wine, refreshing poolside craft cocktails and non-alcoholic “refrescos” are also featured on the menu. In addition to coastal fare, guests can enjoy the ¡ESTA! rooftop outdoor oasis, featuring a heated infinity pool and poolside services & amenities.

¡ESTA! is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm – 7pm to Fairmont Century Plaza hotel guests.

The Lumière Brasserie

Lumière offers a taste of a traditional French-inspired fare blending the best of the old world and new world.

From Executive Chef Ramon Bojorquez, Lumière is driven by the pulse of the season, using fresh, seasonal ingredients in refined dishes including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. French antiques and authentic décor pepper the space, along with elaborate tilework, rich leather walls, plush banquettes, brass accents and a gorgeous zinc bar, all warmly lit by century-old chandeliers.

With no detail overlooked, guests can dine in the outdoor courtyard; sure to transport you to a hidden Parisian courtyard, outfitted with magnolia trees, jasmine and lavender plants.

Helmed by Beverage Director, Nathaniel Munoz, our beverage service is a mix of classic libations and daring cocktails with a menu that features a new twist on beloved bar food favorites.

Live music has flowed through the veins of the Century Plaza since its inception. From Sonny & Cher’s weekly residence to Mariah Carey’s big debut, Elton John’s monumental performance and everyone in between, Century Plaza has been a home for all artists, emerging to established musicians. Our homage to our musical history continues today with live music at The Bar. From jazz to neo-soul and much more, we invite you to have a drink with us and enjoy our curated music selection.
