David Eilenberg
VP and head of content
Roku Media

Eilenberg is the VP and head of content for Roku Media. He is leading the charge to establish Roku’s free ad-supported streaming service The Roku Channel as a destination for both scripted and unscripted original content. He is responsible for overall vision, creative strategy, go-to-market execution, as well as long-term growth goals and target audiences, both domestically and in international territories, for content across Roku Media. In his prior role as head of Roku Originals, Eilenberg and his team brought highly anticipated titles, including WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story, Meet Me in Paris, The Great American Baking Show, Martha Cooks, Emeril Cooks, and many more to millions of streamers to enjoy for free. Before joining Roku, Eilenberg most recently served as chief creative officer at ITV America, responsible for the company’s creative strategy and growth opportunities across six production labels. Among the many series he has spearheaded are the multi-Emmy-winning Queer Eye, Love Island, Hell’s Kitchen, The Chase, My Mom, Your Dad and Rat in the Kitchen.

Brian Tannenbaum
Head of originals
Roku Media

Tannenbaum is head of originals, Roku Media, where he leads all aspects of original programming for The Roku Channel, including scripted series, unscripted series, and feature films. A key member of the team behind the launch of the Roku Originals banner, he manages Roku’s content strategy across all original series commissions and development. From award-winning scripted entertainment, including WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story and Die Hart and breakout unscripted titles, like The Great American Baking Show and Meet Me in Paris, Roku Originals give viewers free access to bold, fresh entertainment from the biggest names in Hollywood. Prior to joining Roku, Tannenbaum led alternative and unscripted programming for the short-form streaming service Quibi, managing a slate of more than 50 television titles.

Jennifer Vaux
VP content acquisition and programming
Roku Media

Vaux oversees content strategy, acquisition, programming and scheduling for The Roku Channel. She is responsible for sourcing and executing innovative programming acquisition deals across a range of content and business models for The Roku Channel. Prior to Roku, Vaux served as VP of network business strategy and content acquisitions for Turner’s entertainment networks forging deals for off-network television series and movie licensing. Vaux has also worked at NBCUniversal and The Walt Disney Company in the US and Hit Entertainment (now Mattel) in the UK.

David Madden
Head of global entertainment
Wattpad Webtoon Studios

Madden is head of global entertainment for Wattpad Webtoon Studios, the fan-driven global entertainment and publishing arm for Webtoon and Wattpad. He oversees development, production, and sales for the company’s global TV, feature film, and animation businesses. Madden serves as executive producer on the studio’s adaptations of popular Wattpad webnovels and Webtoon webcomics including Rachel Smythe’s 1.2 billion-view Webtoon sensationLore Olympus with The Jim Henson Company; the Wattpad webnovel Boot Camp and Sigue Mi Voz by prolific Wattpad author Ariana Godoy. In his prolific career, Madden has served as president of television for Berlanti Productions, president of programming, entertainment networks for AMC Networks and president of entertainment for the Fox Broadcasting Company. He has overseen the production of iconic titles including Better Call Saul, The Walking Dead, Killing Eve And Brooklyn 99, The Americans and dozens more.

Yolanda Macías
Chief content officer
Cinedigm

Macías has been at Cinedigm since 2013, currently serving as the chief content officer where she oversees global content acquisitions, in addition to digital and physical sales and marketing. Prior to Cinedigm, Macías held various positions at Gaiam Inc., Vivendi Entertainment, which was a division of Universal Music Group, DirecTV, Inc., Technicolor and The Walt Disney Company. Macías currently serves on the board of directors and the executive committee of C5LA, which is a non-profit organization that helps under-resourced, high potential youth to enroll and to succeed in college. She also serves on the advisory board for The Digital Entertainment Group’s Canon Club, which is dedicated to supporting women in entertainment and technology. Recently, Yolanda was appointed to the Board of Directors of Skechers USA, Inc.

Content LA is moving in alongside LA Screenings Independents at the Fairmont Century Plaza this year, providing enhanced meeting environments. Up to 2000 delegates are expected across the two events.
